The high tech way to keep cool!  Introducing Bodyteq Apparel featuring Hydro-Weave, a new fabric technology that actually pulls heat away from your body during high perspiration / high temperature activities. 

What's different about Hydroweave?  Chemically treated materials that "wick" away moisture only pull sweat from one side of the fabric to the other.  Once the fabric becomes saturated with moisture it not only becomes heavy, damp, and cold, it inhibits sweat production.  Your body is cooled by sweating AND the EVAPORATION of sweat.  When the sweat doesn't evaporate, your body doesn't cool.

Hydroweave consists of three porous layers that pull moisture away and keep it away, allowing you to continue to sweat and cool your body.  Hydroweave's® patented three layer design starts by combining special hydrophilic fibers (fibers that attract water) and hydrophibic fibers(fibers that repel water) into a fiber batting core. This batting is sandwiched between a breathable outer shell fabric and a thermally conductive inner lining, which provides durability, separates the wearer from moisture, and acts as a critical conduit for exchanging user heat with cooling comfort. 

Simply put, the special fibers in the center layer pull the sweat away from the layer touching your skin.  These fibers then push the sweat to the outer layer, where it evaporates.  The layer touching your skin never becomes saturated, so you can continue to sweat and cool your body. 

Currently, Bodyteq is offering both a head wrap and helmet liner to remove perspiration from your head while you run or cycle.  In coming months, a women's sport top and men & women's jersey will also be introduced.
